DESCRIPTION:�Mendel & Company was originally hired to convert the former Broomfield Athletic Club into a series of For Sale and For Lease office condos. This project entailed creating a two-story building within the footprint of the existing building, literally doubling the size of the facility. Dozens of openings were cut into the back sides (exterior walls) of the racquetball courts to let natural light into the suites. This project took 11 months. Mendel & Company then completed dozens of tenant-finish projects as the building was leased to capacity over the next couple of years.
