Mendel and Company has completed numerous ground-up projects. In addition, all of our Project Managers and most of our Superintendents come from backgrounds building much larger ground up projects, giving us hundreds of combined years of experience in this area. From site utilities to landscaping to exterior fa�ade challenges, we are well versed in all aspects of ground-up construction.
