DESCRIPTION:This is a tenant-finish of a new 2,700-square-foot burger restaurant in Denver, for one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country. The restaurant was built in a recently renovated historic building, which created many challenges when blending new construction elements with the historic features of the building�s core and shell. The project included a full kitchen buildout, custom millwork, extensive custom ornamental ironwork and a patio seating area.
